FIRST- To shoot down an enemy plane on German soil - 18 September 1944

FIRST- To capture a major German city - Cologne - 5 March 1945

FIRST- To accomplish the greatest one-day advance in the history of mobile warfare - 101 miles against the enemy - 29 March 1945

FIRST- Invasion of Germany in force since Napoleon:   PROOF!!!
